MN Counseling Therapy Transitioning to New Client Portal

We are excited to announce that MN Counseling Therapy is transitioning from CounSol to SimplePractice, a more modern and user-friendly practice management platform.
This change is in progress and is designed to enhance your therapy experience with us through:
- Simplified scheduling: Book and manage appointments with greater ease
- Secure messaging: Communicate with your therapist through an encrypted portal
- Streamlined paperwork: Complete and update forms digitally
- Convenient payment options: Process payments and view statements online, as well as a convenient "auto-pay" option for peace of mind
- Enhanced mobile access: Use the SimplePractice app for on-the-go management
If you are an existing client:
- If you have had an appointment this year, you should receive an email in the coming days inviting you to complete account setup in our new Client Portal. You can also log in to the new portal at any time using your email address on file. The new portal can be found here: https://mncounselingtherapy.clientsecure.me
- If you have any existing appointments in CounSol, you do not need to change anything - your existing appointments can be completed as scheduled, and you can begin scheduling in the new portal for subsequent appointments

If you are a new client:
- Visit our Client Portal: https://mncounselingtherapy.clientsecure.me
- Choose your preferred counselor, provide your basic information, and select a time that works for your first session.
- You will be asked to provide payment information to hold the session time in our secure platform, but you will not be charged until after your session is completed.
- One of our team members will review your request and send full access to our Client Portal via email, and request that you complete Intake and Registration documents. Please complete these documents promptly, and at least 24 hours before your first session.
